Volunteering with purpose

We work with your organisation to identify opportunities that align with your employees' skills, interests, and availability. That could mean a single session, or a series across the year, here's a sense of what that looks like in practice:

CV review and feedback

Give students a strong first draft of their resume, often the first professional CV they've written for the Australian job market.

University Students | 1.5 hours (3 CVs) | March to June

Practice interviews

Build interview confidence ahead of the real thing, for many participants, this is their first professional job interview in Australia.

University Students | ~75 min per session | April to May (graduates), August to September (new students)

Experienced Professionals | 2 hours | 2 events a year in Sydney and Melbourne, dates vary (Placement Preparation Program)

Guest speaker

Share real industry insight and practical workplace knowledge that sharpens participants' skills ahead of their next role.

University Students | 1 hour + prep | late January / early February (Leadership Development Institute Conference)

Experienced Professionals | 1 hour + prep | 2 events a year in Sydney and Melbourne, dates vary (Placement Preparation Program)
