CAREERSEEKERS JOURNAL

The CareerSeekers Journal is our new publication of stories and reflections. A notebook you can take to all your meetings or classes where you can write, sketch or journal with inspiring stories and reflections from our community, participants, and partners sprinkled throughout.
Launched at our 10‑year anniversary event in September, Chapter 1 brings together voices from 2015 to 2025, and each subsequent chapter will honour a cohort, creating a living legacy that is passed from one group to the next.
The cover features artwork from one of our very own alumni, Taraneh Bahman Rokh. A heartfelt thank‑you to everyone who contributed words, photography, and design thinking to bring this publication to life.
Your voices remind us why our work matters.
This chapter carries forward the wisdom of its contributors, named here with gratitude:

We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work. We honour their Elders past and present, and celebrate their ongoing cultural traditions and connection to Country.
We also pay tribute to the ancestral homes of our participants, who have journeyed far to seek safety & opportunity in Australia. Their strength & stories enrich our shared future.
