HOST A CAREERSEEKER
Partnering with CareerSeekers is more than good business – it’s a commitment to innovation, equity, and shared impact.
All participants in the CareerSeekers program have rights to work in Australia, together with business level English and business level digital skills.

Placements are designed to integrate CareerSeekers into real teams and real work. While each opportunity is different, most placements follow a similar rhythm.
Participants contribute to projects and work aligned with their qualifications and professional goals. Learning objectives are co-designed by the participant, your team, and CareerSeekers, so the placement delivers real value on both sides.
Participants work under the guidance of a manager, just like any other team member. Before the placement begins, we deliver a briefing session to help your team with onboarding and a smooth transition.
Our team provides ongoing check-ins and support throughout the placement, ensuring a positive experience for both the participant and your organisation.
Participants build workplace, industry and technical skills while teams strengthen inclusive workplace capability.
Where there’s a mutual fit, placements can lead to ongoing employment, further opportunities or future internships.
We connect employers with talent across Australia, from NSW and VIC to QLD, SA, WA and the ACT.
Our talent pool spans construction, engineering, IT, business, finance and health, ready to contribute across public and private sectors.
Our 12‑week placements are scoped to your current workload, giving you immediate capacity without long‑term hiring risk.
Our participants bring transferable skills, multilingual fluency, and diverse backgrounds, cultures, and industries, sharpening delivery and sparking innovation.
Diverse teams collaborate better, solve problems faster, and create products that resonate with a broader market.
Access a pipeline of experienced and emerging professionals beyond traditional recruitment channels. Our university students give you early access to tomorrow’s talent.
Every placement lifts a family, a community, and the Australian economy, impact that compounds well beyond the 12 weeks.
