What hosting a CareerSeeker looks like

Placements are designed to integrate CareerSeekers into real teams and real work. While each opportunity is different, most placements follow a similar rhythm.

A defined role or project

Participants contribute to projects and work aligned with their qualifications and professional goals. Learning objectives are co-designed by the participant, your team, and CareerSeekers, so the placement delivers real value on both sides.

An allocated team supervisor or manager

Participants work under the guidance of a manager, just like any other team member. Before the placement begins, we deliver a briefing session to help your team with onboarding and a smooth transition.

Regular support from CareerSeekers

Our team provides ongoing check-ins and support throughout the placement, ensuring a positive experience for both the participant and your organisation.

Skills and capability development

Participants build workplace, industry and technical skills while teams strengthen inclusive workplace capability.

A pathway beyond the placement

Where there’s a mutual fit, placements can lead to ongoing employment, further opportunities or future internships.

Your workplace could be the next chapter in their journey.

Start your partnership pathway

Every organisation’s journey with CareerSeekers is different.

Our partnership pathways reflect different levels of organisational engagement, investment, and long-term commitment. Each pathway is designed to ensure meaningful participant contribution, strong employer experience and sustainable outcomes.

Employment partners contribute a sponsorship fee to fund the training and support that underpins this program. We’ll discuss this with you during your discovery call. We never charge participants in our program.
